Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza Noodles

Getting dinner on the table is a chore. Feeding a picky toddler is an even bigger chore. But I’ve got you covered! This Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza Noodles dish is loved by everyone. Adults, teens, and toddlers. Plus, it’s incredibly easy to make. This meal takes less than 30 minutes to make. (Speaking of which, I’m going to add more 30 minute meals on Salt & Baker. Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza Noodles

An easy 30 minute meal the entire family will love!

Ingredients
  • 8 oz regular pork sausage
  • 8 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup (heaping) chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup (heaping) green pepper, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups pizza sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella, divided
Instructions
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.

  2. In a large pan, over medium heat, cook the sausage, onion, and pepper. Cook until sausage is no longer pink. If there's juices from the sausage, be sure to drain those. 

  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, pizza sauce, chopped peperoni, parmesan, dried oregano, garlic powder. Mix to combine. Reduce heat to low.

  4. Drain noodles. Add noodles to the sausage and sauce mixture. Stir. Mix 1 ½ cups of mozzarella into the noodle mixture. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. If you have a lid for your pan, cover until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.

    Serve immediately.
