Blueberry Mocktail

Make a delicious Blueberry Mocktail using fresh or frozen blueberries, mint leaves, and fresh lemon juice. We like to add Sprite, 7 UP, or ginger ale to this refreshing drink.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen (I do a heaping 1/2 cup)
  • 6 mint leaves if the leaves are on the small size, add a couple more (you'll have to gauge this)
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 1/2 cups Sprite or 7 UP or Ginger Ale
  • crushed ice

Instructions

  • Add blueberries and mint leaves to a cup. Muddle until the berries have burst and their juices have been expelled.
  • Add the lemon juice, sprite, and ice. Stir to combine. 

Notes

This recipe only makes 1-2 servings (depending on your desired serving size). If you are wanting to make this recipe for a party or gathering, you’ll need to scale up the recipe. As a tip, to make this recipe using a 2 liter of pop, you’ll need to 6x this blueberry mocktail recipe. 
 You can muddle the berries and mint in advance and store that mixture in an airtight container in the fridge. Then, on the day of, add the lemon, sprite and ice just before serving.
