Non-Alcoholic Sangria

This delicious drink is perfect for holidays or special occasions because everyone can drink it! The flavors are beautiful and you can use seasonal fruits to add to the drink, don't feel restrained by what's listed in the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple sliced and cored, keep peel on
  • 1 orange thinly sliced, peel on
  • 1 pear thinly sliced, peel on
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 3 1/2 cups grape juice
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 4 cups ginger ale or carbonated mineral water for a less sweet drink

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients (including the sliced fruit), except the soda or mineral water,  in a large pitcher or punch bowl. 
  • Stir and let sit in fridge for 2-4 hours. Remove from fridge and stir in the soda.
  • Serve cold. 

Notes

Optional fruits to use: blueberries, strawberries, peaches, blackberries, pineapples, etc.
Make Ahead, Storing, and Freezing
If making ahead of time, add the sliced fruits just before serving.
Store in a pitcher in the fridge for 2-3 days. Note: Any leftover fruit in the pitcher may get mushy and discolored.
Freeze only the combination of fruit juices in an airtight container or Ziplock bag for up to 4 months. Remove from the freezer, thaw, then add the ginger ale and the fruit slices when ready to serve.
Note: you can use any array of seasonal fruit.
