Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk. Can also use pineapple juice for more pronounced pineapple flavor
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana frozen, if using chopped bananas I use about 3/4 cup
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt

Instructions

  • Add the milk, frozen pineapple, frozen strawberries, banana, and yogurt to a high powered blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Add more pineapple juice or yogurt as needed.

Notes

Milk substitutions: You can use cow milk, half and half, coconut milk, almond milk, or juices as the liquid in this smoothie. All will work at thinning down the drink, but each will change the flavor slightly. So pick what you have on hand or think would be best.
Yogurt: You can use any yogurt of choice, but if using a plain yogurt, you may want to add in a little honey or a splash of vanilla for added sweetness.
