Ingredients

  • 2 cups peaches frozen (about 9 oz) see notes
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt see notes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup milk

Instructions

  • Add the peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and milk to a high powered blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

Notes

Peaches: Can use fresh peaches if you don’t want to use frozen (or if peaches are in season). If using fresh peaches reduce the honey to 1 tablespoon (fresh tend to be sweeter than frozen peaches) and don’t add the milk. Fresh peaches will provide natural juices and liquid. If you start blending it and notice it needs liquid, add a splash of milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Yogurt: I used Greek plain yogurt. You can use flavored such as vanilla or peach! If using a flavored yogurt, reduce the amount of honey (or eliminate it all together) since the yogurt will be sweetened.
Milk: Can use dairy or a nondairy milk.
Dairy Free: To make this a dairy free smoothie use a nondairy yogurt and dairy free milk. Some dairy free milk options include: almond milk, soy milk, oat milk, coconut milk, rice milk, cashew milk etc.
