Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes
For a really THICK smoothie use frozen banana and frozen pineapple. If doing this you'll most likely need additional liquid. You can use more almond milk or water. If you go this route, the smoothie will be a bit more diluted in flavor because of the extra liquid needing to be added. You can combat this by just using 1 frozen ingredient.
