Caramel White Chocolate Cinnamon Dipped Pretzels

These Caramel White Chocolate Cinnamon Dipped Pretzels taste like a glorified snickerdoodle pretzel! I love the pairing of the crunchy pretzel with the chewy caramel and the sweet chocolate and cinnamon sugar mixture with the salty pretzels.

Ingredients

  • 40 pretzels
  • 4 oz caramel squares
  • 4 oz white chocolate or almond bark (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Melt caramel according to package directions. Dip half of a pretzel in the caramel, tap off any excess. Place on parchment lined baking sheet (or wax paper lined). Continue dipping half of each pretzel in the caramel until you’ve used up all of the caramel. Transfer the pretzels to the fridge to chill/let caramel set.
  • Melt almond bark or white chocolate in microwave safe bowl. Remove the caramel coated pretzels from the fridge.
  • Dip the caramel coated half in the melted white chocolate, then dip white chocolate half into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Return the pretzel to the baking sheet until the white chocolate has set. Enjoy!
