In a large pan, over medium heat, cook the sausage, onion, and pepper. Cook until sausage is no longer pink. If there's juices from the sausage, be sure to drain those.
Add the cream of mushroom soup, pizza sauce, chopped peperoni, parmesan, dried oregano, garlic powder. Mix to combine. Reduce heat to low.
Drain noodles. Add noodles to the sausage and sauce mixture. Stir. Mix 1 ½ cups of mozzarella into the noodle mixture. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. If you have a lid for your pan, cover until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.Serve immediately.
