I’m not the prime example of a “healthy eater” but I do enjoy having a well balanced meal. You’ll find an array of healthy recipes on Salt & Baker. Making healthy meals doesn’t have to take a long time. We have 10-minute avocado chicken wraps, sheet pan chicken fajitas, and 30-minute Mexican quinoa.
In order to stay healthy its important to have portable and easy to store snacks. With several little kids running around my home, I feel like I have mastered the “healthy snack” category! The snack recipes we make on a regular basis include these low-calorie energy bites, protein balls, and sweet potato hummus.
